Meet Our Founder: V Sreelekha Abburi

V Sreelekha Abburi, Founder of Ekam IAS Academy, hails from Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, with a background in BA LLB. Her journey into UPSC education began when she recognized the lack of proper guidance for aspirants—and turned that realization into a mission.

Driven by a passion to create meaningful change, she founded Ekam IAS Academy to offer structured, personalized, and mentorship-focused coaching for civil services preparation.

Her innovative model—featuring small batch sizes, individual attention, and dedicated mentoring—has empowered over 1500+ students and produced numerous top rankers. Her vision and commitment continue to inspire aspirants and redefine UPSC preparation across India.

Meet Our Academic Director: Major SPS Oberoi

As Academic Director at Ekam IAS Academy, Major SPS Oberoi’s dynamic approach, deep subject expertise, and unwavering commitment to student success have become a cornerstone of our academy’s excellence.

A distinguished academic and defence veteran from Hyderabad, Major Oberoi is a triple gold medalist in Law from Pune University. After 11 years of decorated service in the Indian Army, he transitioned to mentoring future civil servants.

Since 2015, he has been a respected UPSC educator, specializing in Ethics, Internal Security, and International Relations. His sessions are enriched with real-world experiences from his time in the Armed Forces and various Central Government roles.

Having cleared NDA, CDS, and UPSC Civil Services (CSE), Major Oberoi offers unmatched insight into UPSC’s evaluation patterns. He also serves as a mock interview panelist for top national agencies, including RAW, the Intelligence Bureau, and Defence Services.
